Still sourdough, just more like your every day sandwich bread. Not super sourdoughy, despite a lot of starter in there and not too sweet, even with a good amount of honey. Ingredients include starter, white flour, olive oil, salt, and honey. The loaf in the picture was our first go, and is a little smaller than IRL. It’s a typical loaf size baby.
